I first went to the Geek Squad at Best Buys and was told that they would have to send my external hard drive out and that it would take 2 to 4 months for me to get it back. In addition to this disappointing news, I was also told that it could cost up to $1500 for them to retrieve my data. Thank God I found Shaw Computer Services.
